If you model your chassis with Blender, you can make your URDF with this tool called Phobos. This was part of a video series I was doing that never was finished, but some people might benefit from the instructions on how to use Phobos to create URDF files for ROS. I’ve had good luck with it. The video is not 100% accurate but there is enough information there to piece together.
