This is a robot that I designed in Fusion 360 from the ground up. It follows a lot of the same hardware Josh uses in the tutorials for ease of getting started. Added an Intel Realsense d435i, i2s microphone, i2s speakers running mono out of the other i2s channel, a 5-inch touch screen, and a Neopixel ring for some LED fun. The head rotates and the Realsense tilts up and down.
I designed this as a platform to learn coding and ROS2 on. I am a CAD designer by trade and decent with electronics but I am absolutely terrible at coding. Hoping this will be how I learn. My plan is to get it to do all the basics and add in all the extra stuff like having it respond to commands using ChatGPT and so on.
